CURRENT PROJECTS
Several new projects are underway at PROCTER POINT and the building activity is accelerating. We want to make sure that new home builders and their team have the access and support they require, while respecting resident owners' and the public's safety.
Lot 9 - The Jarmson Project is the second new build at PROCTER POINT in 2021. Foundation and sub-surface plumbing are complete. Underground electrical appears to be up next in what promises to be a busy spring for the community.
